IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING THE SELLER

Please be aware that FastSpring is the "Merchant of Record" for all purchases made through our website. Legally, FastSpring is the seller, and the purchase agreement is concluded between You (the Client) and FastSpring.

Soft4U2 acts solely as the provider of the software license, while the financial transaction and consumer rights regarding the sale are handled by FastSpring.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us via our reseller.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named CRAX Commander.
  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Soft4U2 Marcin Słowik.
  • Merchant of Record refers to FastSpring, the entity authorized to act as the reseller and legal seller of the Goods.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods.
  • Service refers to the Application.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so, provided that You have not waived this right by commencing the performance of the service (activating the license).

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods.

Please Note: This 14-day cancellation period applies to the legal relationship between You and the Seller (FastSpring).

LOSS OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL UPON ACTIVATION

By purchasing digital content (software license) and activating the license key, You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that You thereby lose Your right of withdrawal from the contract.

Once the license key has been activated on Your device, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation (before license activation), You must inform Us AND FastSpring of your decision by means of a clear statement.
